Can I edit the templates after downloading?
Yes — all templates are provided as fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files. Simply open in Word or Google Docs, add your school details, and they’re ready to use.
What if I can't find the download after purchase?
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the order confirmation — your download link is included. If you still can’t find it, email info@principaltemplates.com with your order number.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have a technical issue preventing download, please contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.
